TERMS OF SERVICE

General
- Please provide a reference.
- My artwork may not be used for commercial work (stickers, clothing, merchandise, etc) unless discussed.
- I have and maintain the right to turn down requests/commissions.
- Do not alter, trace, or copy my art whatsoever.
- Please credit me if you use any of my works on any platform!
- Completed art will be e-mailed to you!
- Don't be afraid to ask for updates! :)
- Please let me know if you're okay with it being streamed on my Twitch!
- My turn-around times can vary, I don't take rush orders!Payment
- Payments will be done via PayPal in USD.
- I will send an invoice, payments will not be taken through my donation page.
- Commissions will start once payment is done in full.Refunds/Cancellation
- Please contact me on discord or twitter for cancellations (prior to payment). I'm there often and will answer ASAP.
- No refunds once I have started working on the art.
- You will be blacklisted if you intentionally perform a charge back.DisclaimersI will not do:
- Furry
- Gore
- NSFW
- Mechs
- Custom character art (you must provide me with an image of the character you'd like me to draw, I will not do based on description only.)
- I will not be taking commissions if you are YOUNGER THAN 18 YEARS OLD. If you need further clarification, feel free to ask me about it.If my Terms of Service have been broken or violated, I have the right to decline or cancel your commission.
Continued TOS violations will result in a ban from my commissions until further notice.By contacting me, you have agreed and consented to my Terms of Service.
